May 23rd, 2010, Diamond Blue, president of Bluestar Entertainment International, professionally known as Baby Blue of Pretty Ricky dropped knowledge on the upcoming artist and attendees of the "2010 Radio-One Music Conference" in Philadelphia. He stressed the fact that you have to "PAY DUES" to make it in the music industry. "Every artist needs to be a full-fledged running record label with every department from A&R to Promotions", says Baby Blue. The entire hip-hop panel encouraged listeners to stop depending on a "MAJOR" to sign you and make yourself hot in the streets. Amongst the Pretty Ricky members speaking on the Hip-Hop panel were, Dipset's Jim Jones, E1's Shadow Stokes, Atlantic Records recording artist Maino, and Philly native Cassidy. Diamond Blue later joined Jermain Dupri on the Business of Music Panel. Other stars that attended the event were Yolande Adams, Ginuwine, Omarion and So So Def's newest artist Dondria.
